Ad-Dukhan

فَمَا بَكَتۡ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ وَٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُنظَرِينَ

(They were so mean that)  neither the heavens nor the earth wept for them and their punishment was not delayed (so that they could enjoy a few more days of worldly life).
