رَحۡمَةٗ مِّن رَّبِّكَۚ إِنَّهُۥ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ
6By the Mercy of your Creator (so that they explain Our Books to the peo-ple). Indeed, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
