Al-Ahzab
مَّلۡعُونِينَۖ أَيۡنَمَا ثُقِفُوٓاْ أُخِذُواْ وَقُتِّلُواْ تَقۡتِيلٗا
61They are deprived of the Mercy of Allah. They shall be captured wherever they are found, and killed terribly. (It is not a command but a supplication against them. Since the hypocrites stopped their shameful activities, hence this instruction was not implemented – Fath-al-Qadeer).
