Al-Anam
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا فِي كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ أَكَٰبِرَ مُجۡرِمِيهَا لِيَمۡكُرُواْ فِيهَاۖ وَمَا يَمۡكُرُونَ إِلَّا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمَا يَشۡعُرُونَ
123And thus We made the leaders of every community to commit crimes and to make an (evil) strategy (to harm the Prophets) there. And they do not plot (this mischief) except against themselves, but they don’t perceive it.
