Al-Anam
وَلَوۡ جَعَلۡنَٰهُ مَلَكٗا لَّجَعَلۡنَٰهُ رَجُلٗا وَلَلَبَسۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مَّا يَلۡبِسُونَ
9(Since people will be scared to see an angel in its original form) and even if We chose to send an angel, We would have sent him in the human form, and this action of Ours would confuse them as they are confused now.
