Al-Anfal
۞إِنَّ شَرَّ ٱلدَّوَآبِّ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلصُّمُّ ٱلۡبُكۡمُ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَعۡقِلُونَ
22Indeed, the worst of the living creatures in the sight of Allah are those who are deaf (unable to hear the truth), and dumb (unable to speak out the truth) and they don’t understand a bit (i.e. disbelievers). (Also Surah Al-Araf:179)
