Al-Anfal
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ يُنفِقُونَ أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ لِيَصُدُّواْ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ فَسَيُنفِقُونَهَا ثُمَّ تَكُونُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَسۡرَةٗ ثُمَّ يُغۡلَبُونَۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ يُحۡشَرُونَ
36(Above were the verbal and physical activities of the disbelievers. Here are their financial activities). Indeed, the disbelievers spend their wealth in order to hinder from the Path of Allah, and they will keep spending their wealth, then this wealth will become anguish for them and finally they will be defeated. And the disbelievers will be gathered to Hell.
