Al-Araf
وَإِن تَدۡعُوهُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡهُدَىٰ لَا يَسۡمَعُواْۖ وَتَرَىٰهُمۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَيۡكَ وَهُمۡ لَا يُبۡصِرُونَ
198And if you seek guidance from them, they don’t even hear, and you will see them looking towards you but they cannot see (since their eyes are artificial).
