Al-Araf
يَٰبَنِيٓ ءَادَمَ قَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَيۡكُمۡ لِبَاسٗا يُوَٰرِي سَوۡءَٰتِكُمۡ وَرِيشٗاۖ وَلِبَاسُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ خَيۡرٞۚ ذَٰلِكَ مِنۡ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَذَّكَّرُونَ
26O Children of Adam! (One of Our favours is) We have made clothing for you to cover your private parts and also as an adornment. (Apart from this apparent clothing) there is clothing in the form of God-consciousness (in your personality) which is better (than the apparent clothing). This (the clothing) is one of the signs of Allah so that, they may remember (this favour of Allah).
