Al-Araf
وَلَوۡ أَنَّ أَهۡلَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰٓ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّقَوۡاْ لَفَتَحۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم بَرَكَٰتٖ مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبُواْ فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ
96And if the people of these towns had believed (in the messengers) and feared (Allah), We, would, have certainly, showered Our blessings on them from the heaven and the earth, but (unfortunately) they denied (the messengers), so We punished them due to their (evil) deeds.
