Al-Baqarah
وَلِلَّهِ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقُ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبُۚ فَأَيۡنَمَا تُوَلُّواْ فَثَمَّ وَجۡهُ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٞ
115(When the Jews objected the change of Qiblah, Allah answered them. All directions, including) East and West belong to Allah. (Hence, He has the right to fix any direction for Salat. Allah is not limited to any particular direction). Wherever you turn (your face), there is Allah’s Countenance. Surely, Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing.
