Al-Baqarah
كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذَا حَضَرَ أَحَدَكُمُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ إِن تَرَكَ خَيۡرًا ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
180It is prescribed for you that when death approaches any of you, and he leaves behind some wealth, he should make a will for the parents and near relatives in a reasonable manner. This is a duty of all the pious persons.
