Al-Baqarah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَنفِقُواْ مِن طَيِّبَٰتِ مَا كَسَبۡتُمۡ وَمِمَّآ أَخۡرَجۡنَا لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِۖ وَلَا تَيَمَّمُواْ ٱلۡخَبِيثَ مِنۡهُ تُنفِقُونَ وَلَسۡتُم بَِٔاخِذِيهِ إِلَّآ أَن تُغۡمِضُواْ فِيهِۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدٌ
267O you who believe! Spend from good things which you have (legally) earned and also spend from things which We have produced for you from the earth. Don’t intend to spend bad things which you will not accept unless by closing your eyes (i.e. out of formality). And bear in mind that Allah is All-Rich (He does not need their useless items), Worthy of all praise.
