About the Surah

       (Charity is) for the poor who have totally devoted themselves to the Cause of Allah (e.g. students, scholars) (therefore) they are re-stricted and cannot travel in land to seek Allah’s Bounty. Due to their modesty, the ignorant people con-sider them rich. You can recognize them from their faces (i.e. their faces are the index of their pover-ty). They don’t chase people to beg them . And whatever you spend of good, surely, Allah knows it well.
