Al-Baqarah
فَإِن لَّمۡ تَفۡعَلُواْ فَأۡذَنُواْ بِحَرۡبٖ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۖ وَإِن تُبۡتُمۡ فَلَكُمۡ رُءُوسُ أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡ لَا تَظۡلِمُونَ وَلَا تُظۡلَمُونَ
279And if you don’t do it, get ready to have a war with Allah and His messenger. However, if you repent, then your capital amount is still yours. (After this law) don’t do injustice to others (by receiving from others more than your capital amount) nor you would be done injustice (that your capital amount remain unrecovered).
