About the Surah

And (remember) when Musa () said to his people: “O my people, indeed, you have wronged yourselves by taking the calf (for worship). Hence, turn to your Creator for forgiveness, and kill yourselves (the innocents should kill the wrongdoers), that will be better for you with Allah. Then Allah accepted your repentance. Indeed, He readily accepts repentance, the Most Merciful.
