About the Surah

       When We took a promise from you and raised mountain Tur over you and ordered you: “Hold firmly to what We have given you and listen to this (sincerely).” You said (out of fear): “We heard and disobeyed.” And due to their disbelief their hearts were filled with the love of calf. [O Muhammad ( )!] Say to them: “Your faith is commanding you to an evil (activity), if you claim to be a believer.” (Hence, yours is not a true faith).
