وَشَاهِدٖ وَمَشۡهُودٖ

And by those who are present (on Friday. All deeds performed on Friday will witness in the Hereafter) and by those who are gathered (on the 9th of Dhul-Hijjah for Hajj) – Imam Shawkani.
