Al-Furqan
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَيۡفَ مَدَّ ٱلظِّلَّ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ لَجَعَلَهُۥ سَاكِنٗا ثُمَّ جَعَلۡنَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ عَلَيۡهِ دَلِيلٗا
45Have you not observed (the power of Allah), that He makes the shadow (of standing things) spread over a long distance (at the time of rising of the sun). If (He) willed, He would have made the shadow still but We have made the sun its guide (i.e. to change the size of the shadow).
