Al-Hadid
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٖ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ إِلَّا فِي كِتَٰبٖ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن نَّبۡرَأَهَآۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ يَسِيرٞ
22No adversity comes on the earth or to you but it is already written in the Book of Decrees (i.e. Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz) before We bring it into existence (in this world), and that is, indeed, very easy for Allah.
