Al-Hajj
ٱلَّذِينَ إِن مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَقَامُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتَوُاْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ وَنَهَوۡاْ عَنِ ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَٰقِبَةُ ٱلۡأُمُورِ
41(Here the goals and objectives of the sincere Muslim rulers are described). If We establish them (i.e. make them rulers) in the land, they perform Salat, pay Zakat, command others to do good deeds and forbid them from the evil activities. And the end result of all matters (of His creatures) is in Allah’s Hand.
