يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِي رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمَۢا
Allah will admit to His Mercy (i.e. Paradise) whom He wills and He has prepared a painful torment for the wrong-doers.
