Al-Maidah
وَإِذۡ أَوۡحَيۡتُ إِلَى ٱلۡحَوَارِيِّۧنَ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا وَٱشۡهَدۡ بِأَنَّنَا مُسۡلِمُونَ
111And when I (Allah) com-manded the disciples of Isa ( ) to believe in Me and My messenger, they said: “We believe, and bear witness that we are Muslims.”
