Al-Maidah
قُلۡ يَٰٓأَهۡلَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ لَا تَغۡلُواْ فِي دِينِكُمۡ غَيۡرَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَ قَوۡمٖ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ مِن قَبۡلُ وَأَضَلُّواْ كَثِيرٗا وَضَلُّواْ عَن سَوَآءِ ٱلسَّبِيلِ
77[O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Say: “O people of the Scripture! Don’t exceed the limits in your religion (by believing in something) other than the truth, and don’t follow the vain desires of the people who went astray before and who misguided many while they strayed (themselves) from the Right Path.”
