أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ يُسَٰرِعُونَ فِي ٱلۡخَيۡرَٰتِ وَهُمۡ لَهَا سَٰبِقُونَ

Those are people who hasten in the good deeds and they are foremost in them (e.g. performing obligatory Salat in early and fixed time etc).
