About the Surah

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

The Striking Hour (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) !       

What is the Striking Hour  ? 

And what do you know about the Striking Hour?                      

That Day, mankind will be like (densely) scattered moths.

And the mountains will be-come as carded wool.

So he whose balance (of good deeds) will be heavy, (Also see Surah Al-Araf:8)     

He will have the most enjoyable life (i.e. Paradise). (Note deeds will    be weighed and not counted on the Day of Resurrection. The deeds with more sincerity will have more weight).

But whose balance (of good deeds) will be light.       

His residence will be Hell.               

And what do you know, what is it like?

(It is) an extremely intense Fire. (Seventy times more intense than worldly fire – Bukhari)
