Al-Qasas
وَلَوۡلَآ أَن تُصِيبَهُم مُّصِيبَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ فَيَقُولُواْ رَبَّنَا لَوۡلَآ أَرۡسَلۡتَ إِلَيۡنَا رَسُولٗا فَنَتَّبِعَ ءَايَٰتِكَ وَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
47(And if We had not sent you as a messenger) whenever an adversity came to them due to that (their evil deeds) which their hands have sent forth, they would have said: “Our Creator! Why did you not send us a messenger, so we would have followed your revelations and would have been among the believers?”
