An-Nahl
وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ أَيۡمَٰنَكُمۡ دَخَلَۢا بَيۡنَكُمۡ فَتَزِلَّ قَدَمُۢ بَعۡدَ ثُبُوتِهَا وَتَذُوقُواْ ٱلسُّوٓءَ بِمَا صَدَدتُّمۡ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَكُمۡ عَذَابٌ عَظِيمٞ
94And don’t make your oaths an excuse to deceive others lest your feet will slip after being planted firmly, and you may have to taste an evil punishment (in this world) for hindering in the Path of Allah. And you will have a big torment (in the Hereafter).
