About the Surah

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful.

[O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] When the help of Allah and (signs of) the conquest (of Makkah) come.

(The signs of conquest are that) you will see the people embracing Islam in large groups.

(Then you should understand that your mission of propagation of Islam in this world is completed and as a preparation for the Hereafter) Hence, (you should) Glorify the praise of your Creator and ask His Forgiveness. Indeed, He loves to accept repentance.
