About the Surah

       And they ask you about the (Islamically) legal instructions concerning women. Say: “Allah instructs you about them and also through the Verses of the Quran revealed to you regarding the orphan girls; (if they are rich and beautiful) you desire to marry them but don’t give them their rights regarding inheritance and bridal-money. (And if they are not beautiful but are rich, you don’t marry and you don’t let others marry them lest their wealth go into other hands). Allah has also commanded you concerning weak and oppressed children, and that you do absolute justice to orphans.” And whatever good you do, Allah is All-Knower of it.
