About the Surah

       O you who believe! (In your dealings, in fulfilling others rights and as a judge) Establish justice firmly. (If you are a witness), wit-ness (honestly) to seek the Pleasure of Allah, even though it is against yourselves, or your parents, or your relatives, he may be rich or poor, since Allah is nearer to both of them as compared with you. Hence, don’t follow the vain desires (of your heart) lest you avoid justice. And if you distort your statements (as a witness) or you refuse (to be a witness), then,verily, Allah is Well-Acquainted with what you do.
