۞لَّا يُحِبُّ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ بِٱلسُّوٓءِ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ إِلَّا مَن ظُلِمَۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ سَمِيعًا عَلِيمًا
148Allah does not like an evil activity be propagated in public except by him who has been wronged (i.e. advise evil person privately and not in public). And Allah is All-Hearer (of the wronged person), All-Knower.
