About the Surah

       O you who believe! Don’t go close to offering your Salat when you are in a drunken state until you understand the meanings of your statements, nor when you need a bath (when bath is necessary as in the sexual discharge) except when you have to pass (through the Masjid), until you have taken a full bath. And if you are ill, or on a journey, or you have used toilet to relieve yourself, or you had sexual relations with your wives, and don’t find water, then rub clean dust slightly on your faces and hands. Indeed, Allah is Very Pardoning, Very-Forgiving.
