An-Nisa’

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ مَا فِي قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَأَعۡرِضۡ عَنۡهُمۡ وَعِظۡهُمۡ وَقُل لَّهُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ قَوۡلَۢا بَلِيغٗا

       Allah knows what is in the hearts of these people (i.e. disbelief and disobedience). Hence, ignore their disobedience and advise them and give them an effective talk to reach their inner selves.
