An-Nisa’
مَّآ أَصَابَكَ مِنۡ حَسَنَةٖ فَمِنَ ٱللَّهِۖ وَمَآ أَصَابَكَ مِن سَيِّئَةٖ فَمِن نَّفۡسِكَۚ وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ لِلنَّاسِ رَسُولٗاۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ شَهِيدٗا
79Whatever of good reaches you is from Allah. And whatever distress befalls you is from yourself. And [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] We have sent you as a messenger for the whole mankind, and Allah is Sufficient as a Witness (also Surah Ash-Shura: 30).
