An-Nisa’
فَقَٰتِلۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفۡسَكَۚ وَحَرِّضِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَۖ عَسَى ٱللَّهُ أَن يَكُفَّ بَأۡسَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ وَٱللَّهُ أَشَدُّ بَأۡسٗا وَأَشَدُّ تَنكِيلٗا
84[O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Hence, fight in the Path of Allah. You are not held responsible except for yourself, and motivate the believers (to participate also). May be Allah (it is more like promise of Allah) will restrain the war activities of the disbelievers (and defeat them, although they appear to be very powerful). And Allah is Stronger in Might and Stronger in inflicting punishment.
