Ar-Rad
لَهُۥ دَعۡوَةُ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ يَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ لَا يَسۡتَجِيبُونَ لَهُم بِشَيۡءٍ إِلَّا كَبَٰسِطِ كَفَّيۡهِ إِلَى ٱلۡمَآءِ لِيَبۡلُغَ فَاهُ وَمَا هُوَ بِبَٰلِغِهِۦۚ وَمَا دُعَآءُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلٖ
14Calling Him (Alone) is the Truth (since He listens and accepts the supplication). And those who call others besides Allah, they don’t answer them more than one who stretches his two palms towards water hoping that water will reach his mouth, but it will never reach his mouth. (Similarly) the calling of the disbelievers (to their false deities) is total ignorance (and useless).
