Ar-Rum
وَإِذَآ أَذَقۡنَا ٱلنَّاسَ رَحۡمَةٗ فَرِحُواْ بِهَاۖ وَإِن تُصِبۡهُمۡ سَيِّئَةُۢ بِمَا قَدَّمَتۡ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ إِذَا هُمۡ يَقۡنَطُونَ
36And when We shower Our Mercy on mankind, they are delighted with it. And when distress falls upon them because of the evil deeds, they have sent forth, and then suddenly they are in despair!
