Ar-Rum
فَإِنَّكَ لَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ وَلَا تُسۡمِعُ ٱلصُّمَّ ٱلدُّعَآءَ إِذَا وَلَّوۡاْ مُدۡبِرِينَ
52[O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] Indeed, you cannot make the dead (i.e. disbelievers) to hear, nor you can make the deaf hear the call, especially when they turn their backs and walk away (from you).
