At-Talaq
فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ فَارِقُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖ وَأَشۡهِدُواْ ذَوَيۡ عَدۡلٖ مِّنكُمۡ وَأَقِيمُواْ ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَ لِلَّهِۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَمَن يَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ يَجۡعَل لَّهُۥ مَخۡرَجٗا
2So when they are about to complete their prescribed period, either keep them (as your wives) in a good manner or part with them in a good manner. And make two just persons among you as witnesses. And witness to please Allah alone (without leaning to any side unfairly). This advice is for those who believe in Allah and in the Hereafter. And whosoever fears Allah, He brings him out (from every difficulty and trial).
