At-Taubah
لَا يَرۡقُبُونَ فِي مُؤۡمِنٍ إِلّٗا وَلَا ذِمَّةٗۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُعۡتَدُونَ
10They have absolutely no regard for kinship or any agreement made when they are dealing with a believer and they are, truly, the transgressors.
