At-Taubah
وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَلۡمِزُكَ فِي ٱلصَّدَقَٰتِ فَإِنۡ أُعۡطُواْ مِنۡهَا رَضُواْ وَإِن لَّمۡ يُعۡطَوۡاْ مِنۡهَآ إِذَا هُمۡ يَسۡخَطُونَ
58Some of them (hypocrites) blame you [O Muhammad ( may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him )!] about (the distribution of) alms. If they receive from it, they are pleased, but if they are not given from it, then they at once become angry.
