At-Taubah
۞إِنَّمَا ٱلسَّبِيلُ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَٔۡذِنُونَكَ وَهُمۡ أَغۡنِيَآءُۚ رَضُواْ بِأَن يَكُونُواْ مَعَ ٱلۡخَوَالِفِ وَطَبَعَ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِمۡ فَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ
93Indeed, the blame is on those who are wealthy and they seek exemption from you (for the participation in Jihad). They are content to be with (the women) who are left behind. Allah has sealed up their hearts, so they don’t understand (what they are losing).
