وَقَالُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ عَلَىٰ رَجُلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡقَرۡيَتَيۡنِ عَظِيمٍ
And they said: “Why is not this Quran sent down to some (important) per-sons of the two towns (Makkah and Taif)?”
