Maryam

وَبَرَّۢا بِوَٰلِدَيۡهِ وَلَمۡ يَكُن جَبَّارًا عَصِيّٗا

And very kind to his parents, (i.e. he fulfilled the rights of Allah and the rights of the people) and was neither arrogant nor disobedient (to Allah or to his parents).
