ثُمَّ لَنَحۡنُ أَعۡلَمُ بِٱلَّذِينَ هُمۡ أَوۡلَىٰ بِهَا صِلِيّٗا

(We don’t have to make any investigations for it) since We do know best those who are the most deserving candidate to be thrown (in the Hell-Fire).
