Saba’
وَمَآ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُم مِّن كُتُبٖ يَدۡرُسُونَهَاۖ وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡهِمۡ قَبۡلَكَ مِن نَّذِيرٖ
44And We have not sent to them (i.e. the people of Makkah) any Scriptures (before the Quran) which they could study. And We have not sent to them any warners before you [O Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him)!] (They used to wish to have a Messenger and Scripture. When it came to them, they denied it).
