Yunus
وَإِن يَمۡسَسۡكَ ٱللَّهُ بِضُرّٖ فَلَا كَاشِفَ لَهُۥٓ إِلَّا هُوَۖ وَإِن يُرِدۡكَ بِخَيۡرٖ فَلَا رَآدَّ لِفَضۡلِهِۦۚ يُصِيبُ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنۡ عِبَادِهِۦۚ وَهُوَ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ
107And if Allah inflicts some adversity upon you, nobody can remove it except Him. And if He intends to do you some good, nobody can stop His Bounty. He bestows (His Bounty) upon whoever of His slaves He wills, and He is the Very-Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
