Yunus
وَلِكُلِّ أُمَّةٖ رَّسُولٞۖ فَإِذَا جَآءَ رَسُولُهُمۡ قُضِيَ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ وَهُمۡ لَا يُظۡلَمُونَ
47And for every community there is a messenger. After the coming of their messenger (i.e. after he has conveyed the message), their matter is judged with justice and they are not wronged. (Also Surah Al-Isra:15)
