Yusuf
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ قُرۡءَٰنًا عَرَبِيّٗا لَّعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ
2Indeed, We sent it down [to you (Muhammad (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him))] as an Arabic Quran so that you understand it (first, then others understand it through you).
